This product does what it claims to do, provide high speed internet access. However, it doesn't have a long life. I seem to have to replace it every year and a half or so. For the price and ease of set up it isn't a huge issue.

My old SB 5101 kept dropping connections for hours on end and decided for a new modem. Got the Zoom and it was an instant fix to the connection drops. Good speeds and very reliable. Haven't power cycled it ever since I got it 2 weeks ago.
