THIS BELT IS A GREAT LITTLE BUY I GOT IT FOR MY 81 YEAR OLD HUSBAND WHO HAS ARTHRITIS IN HIS BACK AND IT HELPS A LOT PLUS I CAN PUT A VERY SMALL HOTWATER BOTTLE IN THE POCKET AT THE BACK.
