Whistler XTR-140 Radar/Laser Detector

The Whistler has been great it already saved me from a ticket coming to an on ramp it detected a Highway Patrolman and I had time to lower my speed just in time, considering a speeding ticket is much more than 40 bucks it has already done it's job!

it's my first whistler and it works like a charm. Don't get too many false alarms around the city. Looks and works exactly the same way as my 180 dollar one...

I have an 20 years old RD20 side by side with this one new one. A police car come by, the old one beeps like crazy, this new one keep asleep. Tested in many situations, it beeps in very short distance when approaching radar, almost useless.

This unit is great. I've been saved twice already from the dreaded speeding ticket. I liked it so much, I purchased another one for my husband!
