Toast does not stay down, I would return it but I threw out all my paperwork and the box - so it in garbage it will go. Very disappointed in this product.

Great toaster

The product works very well. It toasts very evenly, has great controls and gives feedback on how soon the process will end. It also is designed in a way to allow great latitude as to what goes into it.
