Not only was this device uncomfortable to wear (the band sits at the back of your neck and can't be altered like headphones), it squished my face forward into a bunch of wrinkles which I don't think can be a good thing if I'm supposed to wear it for 20...

Bought for a present wish I had shopped around for a better deal. Most rio products come with a case to store products but not this one.
