The unit itself is a fine piece of equipment; PCNation does not follow through with any kind of support information as a vendor of this type of merchandise should. I would purchase this product from another vendor next time.

The unit is solid and well made The speakerphone is clear and responsive to several people speaking at once.

Came with no doentation whatsoever- neither set-up nor user guides. Came with no power source, customer service unresponsive to problem beyond referring me to returns procedures.

I have been using this phone for over a year in my office job. It was an upgrade from a lower version polycom phone, and the difference was great for me, but probably only because I didn't have to pay for the phone. My opinion on the various features:

Works as it should, clear, reliable phone

Features probably not good enough to merit price for a simple home office
