Great shave especially on my head. Charges in about an hour. I get about 5 to 7 shaves (5 minutes each) on each charge. Ability to shave in the shower is great and wet/dry option makes cleaning super easy. Fast motor

Has trouble shaving my neck area. This is a common complaint for linear blade electric shavers. Trimmer is not nearly as good as the one on the older models. Can't use while plugged in but this is a minor con since it charges so quickly. A little loud

In my experience, even closer shave than a blade razor without the skin irritation and tug and pull. Time saver, easy to clean, easy to use. I am very impressed

No, it doesn't shave as close as a Fusion (razor) would, but that's simply unrealistic

The Li-ion battery lasted only 17 months and although the razor was difficult to disassemble correctly, it was IMPOSSIBLE to order the Li-ion battery from Panasonic or find a replacement anywhere else
