Someone here said they couldn't get the software to work on Windows 7 64bit. Installed just fine here and plays all disks with no hickups. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

My GPU is a SAPPHIRE 100290SR Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Eyefinity 6 Edition Video Card, so I don't think it is the problem.

Have burnt over 300 DVDs and more than 50 Blu-Ray data discs with only six coasters due to defective blanks. I think my money was pretty well spent as far as making data discs

I have downloaded the latest version of Cyberlink but still have some issues with Blu-Ray movie playback. I may put this in my utility system and look for something else for playback in my main system

Only problem is, the mounting screws provided won't seem to screw into the drive. I was finally able to get one to start and go in. The other 3 I gave up on because something is off in their thread pitch tolerances. First time I've ever experienced this

They don't tell you that it comes with a Sata data lead but not an LP4 Male to SATA Power Adapter cable, so I bought a data lead with it which I didn't need, but not a power cable, which was very annoying
