Excellent product

Bought new VHS fo my Dad (his old one broke). This product was much cheaper than anywhere else. Was delivered fast and dad is as pleased as punch. Will buy again from this company.

Good basic machine

Arrived on time and well packed. Not easy to set up - needed technical assistance - but once up and running it was quick to programme. Nothing fancy like video plus or a counter to see where on the tape you are but all in all reasonable value for money.

VHS still around

Our old recorder failed (after some 25 years) and this replacement recorder works just fine, does all that you would expect, and for those of us who do not yet get any digital television broadcasts it is the simplest way to record television programmes.

Might be OK for some

I bought this VCR as we have many old video reels which I wanted to play for my husband, who has dementia and finds it easier to review familiar things than watch something new. For the same reason, I didn't want to upgrade to VCR-DVD combis etc....

Old tech but still valid
