Have never been disappointed yet by LG Drives. This is the third one I've purchased, the others being DVD-Recorders.

Fast, efficient burning. Burned about 10 Blu-Ray discs without error

Died after the first usage! I put a 2nd disc in, it loaded it, then promptly disappeared from Windows. Rebooted and checked BIOS, also gone. Swapped it out for my old rom drive, and the old one worked fine. Now I've had it 90 days, I'm stuck with a $70...

I had heard reports around the web that people were having problems with certain brands of BluRay burners. I have had no trouble with this unit. It's another quality LG product of which I'm starting to own more and more.

Works other than watching blue ray threw home ent.pc

While watching blue ray it will freeze threw out the movie then play catch up

I got 2 of these for xmas for me. I also got pwoerDVD12 download NO HELP (DOA) I use windows 7 (64) I also got DH6870 vidio card , new moniter 24" HD (newegg said to call LG) so i did! no luck on that didn't help! now i wll go to download dvdfab.2/27/12

works fine with cd/dvd . Recordes good, plays good

For The Price It Burns Well Also. Ive Burned Several Bluray And Regular Discs With IMGBURN And My Ashshampoo And Works great, No Coasters!

Hardware Is Great Software Is Personal Preference. I Use Dvdfab Passkey For Ripping To HD(free) Plus Lets You Play Discs through Ur Fav Media Player

No Firmare As Of Yet But, They're Aren't Any Problems Yet

LG always produces quality products.

Works perfectly. Burned a BD and used the Light Scribe feature to label it. Plays 3D Blu-ray discs perfectly. I plan to buy another for a second drive
