The pen is ideal for marking equipment in the home and the UV light is a nice size to put on your key ring.

The pen and light work well. You can see the pen on some surfaces such as varnish but it is still more discrete than a marker pen and only noticeable when you are really looking. All in all I am pleased with the pen and the light.

I bought this equipment partly to mark my property and partly to check the integrity of the material I use to proof parts of my bike against water ingress. The material contains a dye that flouresces under UV light.

I bought these to mark spirit bottles behind a bar. On glass the pen is invisible (until the torch shines on it obviously). On other materials, such as dark plastic (e.g. laptop/hifi casing), it can leave a shine (looks like wet ink although it isn't)....

this item does exactly what it says it does on the packet. amazon were very fast on getting it to me

This is a nice device to put in your pocket if you need to mark items on the spur of the moment. The light is good enough to illuminate the UV in daylight.

An excellent piece of kit. There is a set back in that the markings can be seen with the naked eye on shiny black surfaces. This reveals the security code unfortunately, & unless these markings remain permanently on the item they will be rubbed out...
