I did not get this from Newegg since it is provided for me. But having dealt with them many times in the past I am sure you would be safe getting it from them.

Larger and much heavier than other USB storage. But then that is a plus since it is just that strength in the case you are looking for when seeking a truly private device

The previous reviewer either had a misconfigured Win 7 platform, or doesn't know how to use it. I had no problems getting it to run with Win 7.

Hardware encryption, very secure, does exactly what I purchased it for. This model has built-in password manager, FF browser and enough room for additional personal apps and data storage

No device is 100% secure on a public machine, but this comes about as close as you can get. IronKey model numbers and names are a bit confusing and Newegg tech details are not sufficient for model comparison so check the IronKey website first
