Don't expect a TT1200. It is very light weight but works just fine. The packaged software does a pretty good job of separating the tracks but I have had some albums being recorded as one track. You have to manually type in the song names and albums...

Took off one egg because the conversion software is only compatible with I Tunes. And I would like to see some technology like Shazam that would identify and label the songs as they are being recorded

The ION turntable works fine. Software could be improved, but I found Aduacity also works and has all the bells to produce a great copy of the original

Don't believe people who knock the software for not cutting songs into separate files (mine did it every time) or ones that say the recorder quality is bad, they are probably putting old/scratchy records on there that would sound bad normally; however,...
