Not bad for the price.

Seems to operate as expected. No real complaints on the construction, or menu system.

It isn't Linux native despite it saying it is. It does require drivers which you need to do manually.

I have not had to do a resync or rebuild, but this is my 2nd one of these and I have yet to have any issues.

Worked 1st time out of the box. Easy to install, no challenges if you have ever installed a RAID card before.

Mac support is implied by the manufacturer, and apparently it IS there - if you want to use your disks for storage only. The card DOES NOT support booting on a Mac, which makes it a deal breaker for me

I have yet to get a good chance to do some proper benchmarking. Perhaps I will come back with a performance review...

I bought this card over other cheaper ones specifically for its FreeBSD compatibility. It has worked since the day of installation with no problems whatsoever. The card was recognized and functioning without even installing any drivers

UPS missed again on a "guaranteed 3 day delivery", but there is no guarantee. Recorded a conversation where UPS admitted they don't use realtime data to track packages - their system is designed to make customers feel good based on UPS "anticipating"...

Ordered this with the extra RUSH fee ($2.99) and 2-Day UPS delivery (+$) on 03/26/2007 and will be arriving on 03/29/2007 and start to finish is just 4 days. Just hope UPS doesn't slip on the delivery date again.

Haven't receive the delivery yet, but always happy with RocketRaid products, and I order a lot of these.
