Big and bulky

It's big and bulky. To me it is an eye sore. Having a detector on your dash board is ugly enough but to have this big bag along with the detector makes it even worse. It also leaves impressions or marks on any leather dash board. Returned the product.

It's OK

The bean bag does not slide around, but the radar detector (Bell Vector 995) does not stay in place well. I had to tighten the screw so tight that I thought it might break. I will try and make a fix for this problem at home.

I purchased this unit when I discovered that it is illegal to have a radar detector hanging on your windshield in California. Not illegal to have the detector, mind you, just to have it mounted on your windshield. I am totally satisfied with this...
