I purchsed this device for my parents and found it to be dificult for them to program.DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS, THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO PROGRAM IT.

Poor sound quality

Answered the phone but mailboxes don't work. You can't select a mailbox when you call. All calls go to the general mailbox.

Unreliable

I purchased this product and was ready to install it. Instructions in Spanish only. That's great for some but I don't speak Spanish. I speak English. Yes, the manual is on-line and I had to print it out. That's not the point. I have no idea if it works...

I would not recommend that anyone buy this answering machine. Its controls are quite unintuitive, the manual came in Spanish ONLY, and the main mailbox only takes one minute messages. We bought this for my elderly aunt, and the controls and the display...

Difficult To Control, Unreliable

The most frustrating part of it is spending the time to set it up and realizing it does not work properly. The mail box feature DOES NOT WORK!!
