This webcam is absolutely terrible. The camera is clearly NOT 8MP as you cannot even make out objects as the picture quality is so blurry. The voice is difficult to pick up plus it takes so long to install. Don't bother buying this- Save your money!...

This is a VGA camera, not 8 Mega Pixel. It is not capable of taking 8MP stills or anything more than VGA video. That said, it is a resonable VGA Web Cam. The clamp is solid, just not deep enough to cope with my larger LCD Monitor.

First the camera. Camera is fine, LED light is a little weak and a bit of a gimmic unless used for close up work. Works fine for Skype on Vista.
