1. Cisco puts 1 disk, no printed documentation and does not give much direction on how customer is to really use it ; 2. I tried dozens of times to to get the CD software to work, no go. Spent hours trying different things. Cannot open the web interface

I bought this router few months ago and it works perfectly without any problem. It's incomparable with my old ****** d-link di-524 :D
