An excellent radio: picks up a good signal & has great clarity of sound.

We just wanted a simple radio and this is ideal. Good looks, good value, great sound and remarkably good tuning without using the aerial. Took a while to find a battery, it runs on mains too but we wanted it to be portable

Lovely radio-a blast from the past. Has tone control and runs for ages on large PP9 battery as well as mains. Lovely -if you want to hear the 'Sound of the Sixties' this is the radio for you-three wavebands-also great for Radio 4 fans.
