I am a big B&D fan but this thing is by far the worst B&D product. I do not recommend unless you would need this as a temp for another better product.

Well, it worked great for about a year and still works. However, the LCD screen is now completely dead, you cannot tell any measurements or selections... it's a luck thing now. Thank goodness the only thing I use this for is to toast

Exterior of oven will get hot- especially top. Be careful. Over-all a great purchase. Cuts my warm-up time to 4 minutes down from 20 compared to my home oven.

Broiler does not work. The elements don't light up and the oven never heats up. When I use it for other cooking it takes for ever to warm up and cook. Probably because it's only using half it's heating elements. trying to contact B&D to get help

Sucks as a toaster. Has digital settings of 1 - 10. Anything over 1 will burn toast. What is the point of settings 2 - 10? Loss of power defaults to power level 4 or 5 (I can't remember exactly) resulting in lots of unexpected burned items

If you want to use this for some serious cooking, you will need to buy a quality Pyrex dish. I cannot stress that part enough. The included tray is flimsy and it doesn't clean easy at all. However, it has a perforated sheet that lies on top of it...
