First day out thisdetector saved me on the interstate with plenty of warning. Factory setting gets more quite as you get closer to the source. I like it screaming at me as I get closer. Easy change of setting fixes the problem. Do get some falsing but...

Seems to have pretty good range. I like the ease of use and doesn't give too many false alerts.

Not a bad little unit. Voice is terrible though. Also wish it had a rotary volume control like my escort - much easier to find when you need to quiet it quickly. But overall it does alert when needed. ;-)

Get something else, you will have no warning at all from this detector.Worst radar detector ever.Pros:Mute button on power adaptor, Easy to read display.Cons:Extremely massively poor range, totally useless as a radar detector.

I love this product my son has one and told me to buy this it was less expensive on overstock and works GREAT and is so easy to operate, you just turn it on.
