I have purchased two of these wireless adapters. One for use on my son's computer, here at home, and another for use in a computer my parents have. One is on Windows XP and the other is on Windows 7 Home. Each installation was equally simple and fast,...
Easy installation (Plug and Play all the way, no problems.) ; Cheap cost ; Low profile / Space use ; Effective wireless even buried under desks
Haven't found any, yet. Will update as we use the product more

I have a computer case that is close to my wall with a pretty big adapter connected to it. When I hit the computer with me knee it pushes the adapter to the wall bending it. So even though my old adapter works, it is bulky. I decided to try this micro...

I've owned other Belkin products and have had never had any problems, I am surprised to see that so many people having problems with this device.
Small and inexpensive
I was able to get 300mbps for the first month or so, now I only get it up to 130mbps,I checked the router set up and everything's where it needs to be, so now I have an adapter that does less than 150mbps

This adapter has a Realtek RTL8192CU chip. Belkin correct me if I'm wrong. Belkin's latest drivers from their website are old, 1/31/2011, compared to those on Realtek's site. If you try to install Realtek's drivers and software it does not recognize...
It's functional. Easy driver installation in Win 7 64bit. It was on sale for $20. shipped, still a high price to performance ratio
All you get with the installation is the drivers. No monitoring software is installed. You don't need it but it comes in handy. I purchased this to replace an Airlink 101 N150 micro wireless adapter, that I paid $10. for, hoping it would increase my...

The adapter has another constantly blinking blue LED I wish I could turn off.
Small and definitely capable of being fast. Wireless to wired transfers between computers average 6-7 MB /sec in my super congested apartment complex, whereas G speed wireless was only capable of producing about 1.5 MB per second on rare occasion
I am a little suspicious of the speeds this device reports to the computer. It seems to constantly say 300 mbps or 54 mbps depending which type of network you're on, and the speeds I actually experience don't come close at times, so bear in mind it...

reliable for two weeks
It started off great, download/upload speed was reasonably decent, after the second week of owning this however the speed went bad. It started dropping the signal from a router 20 feet away. If I even attempt to play online games the signal goes...

You must install the drivers for this device for it to work correctly. Windows does not support it by default.
GOOD signal for such a small device
