AT&T 1722 Digital Answering System

My answering machine did not work. The callers did not know that they were leaving messages I could not here, which was good, but when I retreived the messages all I could hear was static.

It never worked

I wish I would have paid more attention to the negative reviews for this product. We were never able to get the machine to work properly and then had to pay postage to send it back. I will certainly think twice before ortdering this type of product...

performs as wanted/expected

This is not a high end item but doesn't cost that much either. For the price it does what I expected and wanted. I'd buy again.

No bells and whistles

It does fine as a call screener ... the sound quality of the caller message may take getting used to.

good for the money

This answering machine is not the best, but it's cheap. Everything works great, but the problem is, you have to call your own phone, and enter your remote access code (which is given to you with the phone) to change any settings on the answering...
