I would reccomend this product to anyone. the only reason it broke on me was me dropping my laptop. i'm ordering the same product today because it work so perfectly before.
it did everything i expected it do, but it did it fast ; Plenty of card formats ; plug it in and no drivers required for MAC of Vista ; flush with the labtop ; able to leave in laptop with no worries of it breaking
almost impossible to get memory stick duo with adapter out ; Kinda of flimsey, it bent after a year of use because my laptop fell and it poped out and bent

Works great with Lenovo T400. Slides right in top slot on left side, leaves a gap on right but no biggie. Reads my new Transcend 8GB card perfectly. Thanks egg
Not full width, but not really a con since it was never intended to be full width

What a great card. I am really surprised. Granted, my expectations were pretty low due to the last two mediocre PCMCIA/PC-Card readers I had. It is fast too (again, compared to my last card readers), but simply saying "it's fast" as other reviewers...
Wrote a single 2.8GB file to a SanDisk 16GB SDHC VideoHD card in 4:30, read back same file in 2:30 ; Wrote a single 509MB file to a SanDisk 2GB Ultra II SD card in under 1:00, read back same file in under 10 sec. Shocking isn't it - I did it twice just...
Umm....it's not Free… and the ExpressCard 34 form factor leaves a little opening to the side in my ExpressCard 54 slot. Sorry, that's all I can think of

After all of the positive reviews, i figure i must have a lemon or something. Hopefully newegg is able to provide me with a proper working unit, and hopefully the RMA process isnt too painful. Not pleasant for my First purchase from newegg ever.
Fits neatly into my expresscard slot, the SDHC card only sticks out by a millimeter, supposed to support up to 32gbSDHC cards
This one is totally dead. it sometimes detects the card i put in, but most times does not. Did not receive the item as per the image on this website. Does not work with my 2 gb or brand spanking new 32GB SDHC card. Wont even format my cards properly ;...

Black face on a silver macbook, but knew that going in. Be careful handling, the top is easily depressed.
Flush with unibody, recognized 95% of the time. Turns a previously un-useful slot into a useful card reader. Haven't had anything unreadable that it purports to support, works as advertised
Occasionally doesn't recognize a card, needs to be ejected and re-inserted

Great Product. Fits perfectly in my MacBook Pro and doesn't stick out. When inserting and removing cards, the reader stays put. Transfer speeds are relatively fast, and I would recommend this product to anyone

I bought this because I use SD cards every now and then and I can never find a USB adapter. Now I can just leave this in the express card slot slot and it's there when I need it. It's hardly noticeable.
It fits flush with the casing on my 15 inch unibody MacBook Pro. I have only tried it with an SD card, but I have not seen any issues with it
The SD card sticks out ever so slightly. This doesn't bother me
