Very easy to set up (Win 7). Good reception. Make sure you close application down by properly disconnecting when not in use, do not let your computer go into hibernate/standby otherwise you have to uninstall/reinstall.

This is fantastic! Along with the 3 3G pe-loaded sim card it is great value for money. So east to conenct and set-up and is so fast connecting to the net. Surfing, streaming live Sky sports and downloading are all suoer-fast. Great buy - really pleased.

I could not use it it was the wrong product so was not able to use it, your system seemed to me too unclear to use if i could have rung someone it would have helped!

This is a true plug and play device with Ubuntu. Inserted my O2 sim card into the top of the unit and plugged it in. Ubuntu detected the new modem and ran a set-up wizard which had me online in about 20 seconds. Nice product! Have been using Gammu to...

Advantage in quad band usb modem is that it can be used in any country. As I travel a lot I know this is the perfect mobile modem for me and it is value for money. It worked in UK & USA. I will try it in Sri lanka as well.

bought this modem for out of office work - but it won't detect my sim card - i tried teh sim card in someone else's modem and it worked find so clearly a software problem - back it goes for a refund
